「Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. 「Staying in this historic apartment was wonderful. The place is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and very clean. All instructions were complete and clear. There was even a guidebook with tips for the area. The neighborhood is charming and close to the Capital and Old Town. My friend and I walked less than a mile to really good restaurants. 「There was a little bit of miscommunication on check-in with the lock box that keeps the house key. They have a very prominent keypad on the door jam that doesn't work and then one on the door that is the one you're supposed to use. I got in late and didn't see the one on the door so had to call the owner for help. They promptly gave me directions for how to get in the back door. 「The unit was lovely. Very pleasantly decorated. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Well supplied. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. We did have a little trouble with the lock and had to use the available key. Location and parking was very convenient. Check in and out process very smooth. I would recommend this place (in spite of the dilapidated property next door) unless you have trouble with stairs. 」

「Perfect little spot and very fun with all the decor. Felt very cozy and welcoming. Only thing to note is the light rail is directly outside the window , but we had no trouble falling asleep, nor any trouble sleeping from it. Will definitely book this again for events 」

「As usual, the apartment was just what we need when we visit our daughter's family. Clean and comfortable. Easy entrance.」

「The check-in process and check-out was smooth and well communicated. The apartment was as described in the pictures and listing. The kitchen facilities well fit my needs for my two month stay for clinical rotations. However, there was an issue with the dishwasher not working that ended up taking half of my stay to get fixed. There was no compensation or apology for this mishap. Otherwise the facility well suited my needs and location was convenient for what I needed. 」
