「We had a great time staying at the Citizens. Everyone employed was so friendly. We caught Music in the Park and Sac Pride while being out there for a conference. Our room was bigger than expected. The food was so really good, especially their breakfast. I wish we had more time to explore their book of cases in the lobby wow. 」

「I arrived at the hotel and no one is there, and couldn’t check in. I call the emergency number and no one answers and no reply to my message. No response from Expedia either. Never in my life have I ever had such experience. A true disappointment.」

「We enjoyed our stay overall, but there were a couple of hiccups. Perks: It was nice to have a suite and it was clear the staff puts a lot of effort into keeping the hotel and rooms nice. The staff was kind and friendly. Cons: This is so petty, but I was disappointed there were no chocolate chip cookies that were freshly baked.
