「Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful master bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom and well designed laundry/utility room. Because it is just a one bedroom cottage, those who sleep on the pull out couch and trundle beds have a cozy experience in the living room, which is what this grandma was looking for! 」

「Very charming guest house with all the comforts of living, the Chess Board table is so cool with real chess pieces and checkers. The house was comfortable, simple yet modern. The shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap smelled AMAZING. Definitely no need to bring your own. We brought our 2 little dogs who enjoyed the yard. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great stay, grocery store was right across the street. It was located 5 minutes from my conference. Excellent stay!」

「I have to say, these people "did it right"...it's a very cute, clean and NICE space....I had some questions about the neighborhood, but, no issues at all....」

「Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! 」

「Our rental had well thought out accommodations and was very well equipped. We had a great comfortable bed with air conditioning and an air purification system. It was a very quiet environment with beautiful orchards surrounding us. We were about 25 min from Davis. 」

「Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. 」

「The cottage was stylish, immaculate and loaded with everything from power cords to kitchenware. The hosts were very communicative and volunteered lots of advice on how to enjoy Sacramento. The cottage is very private and located in the heart of a lovely residential area, filled with tree-lined streets and handsome old homes. Many restaurants, parks and historical sites are within easy walking distance.」

「A wonderful space and time to regroup and share re-gain my serenity. Denise and Bruce are very special hosts that made me feel that I was so welcome anywhere on the whole property. Visiting the goats chickens pigeons ducks in the ponds horses and organic vegetable garden. Or just relaxing by the pool, patio and the cool comfortable cottage. With sounds of bubbling water everywhere with coi or goldfish and little waterways galore. Lots of shade, wonderful A/C and comfortable furniture. Plenty of...
