"Convenient and clean"

"The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, but old. It has been cheaply renovated, think painted over wall rot in the bathroom, a toilet so low to the ground an adult over 4' is going to have issues standing, an AC that runs but never cools the room, doors that have been replaced but don't fit the jamb so they don't shut properly. Bed and pillows were comfy. Fridge was clean and cold. Pool, spa and gym looked clean - didn't use so I have no idea how they functioned. The area is old and run down. The homeless and drug induced come out at dusk and frequent the gas stations down the street. An evening stroll may be safe, it may not be."

"The property itself was safe, but there were homeless around the Mcdonalds next door. Mcdonalds was the the only nearby dinning option."

"The old steam ship needs some more upkeep and re-conditioning. But it was fun to stay there. The room was very clean and comfortable, including the bed. We have stayed there before and will stay there again when next in Sacramento. Service was very good. "

"Property was pleasant but some of the other guests, when going outside to smoke (nighttime) did not courtesy regarding other guests who were trying to sleep The staff and management are excellent."
