「The hotel itself was great. However, throughout the night they were various power surges that cut our electricity off. I could handle without an air conditioner but when you wear a CPAP not having electricity makes it very difficult to sleep and breathe. Upon checkout, the staff said they would have someone check it out, but didn’t offer much beyond that. A breakfast or something would’ve been great. But I’m sure that that didn’t cross their mind.」

「I enjoyed the property. My room was next to the ice machine room and a buzz would happen every so often. The toilet had a small leak and would fill often. With the door closed and the sound machine on, it was barely noticeable. I had an issue with the heater and deadlock. Both were addressed promptly by staff. Over all, would stay there again.」

「The staff up front was very helpful, but something to be aware of before you choose this location, however, the streets are littered with homeless people. The location is great being in midtown and across from an IHOP, but just know you won't be the only guests there.」
