「The hotel is very nice. It is clean, well priced, located nice for dining etc. Staff was helpful at check-in, wifi was strong. The only down side is they don't give a breakfast which is fine, but the dining options in hotel are minimal so we always ate breakfast and dinner out.」
「The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the middle of Essex Street. It was easy to walk around the entire down town area and felt completely safe for my sister and I. The only thing is that because it is so centrally located, it definitely is noisy into the night and early in the morning, but for the location, you can’t beat it! 」

「Outdoor smoking area (bench in the back) too close to room #125. As a recovering lung cancer patient, I found it difficult to walk the property. The woman in the room near me was sitting in a wheelchair smoking cigarettes while on her cell phone. You need to have some outdoor area that's free of outdoor ashtrays so we can walk in clean air.」
