"Excellent, we are in one night. My husband tried to use the sauna, steam room. Steam room out of action, sauna ok. Entering the facility was difficult. Signage poor, especially if spectacles are needed and none taken to the spa area. No staff to explain within this area. Changing room, lockers my husband found very difficult to use not being able to see how, no one to explain."

We had a minor issue with the AC (couldn’t work out how to put the heating on) and it was fixed within minutes. Reception were welcoming and attentive. Just a stone's throw from multiple tube stops, bus stops, and other chic areas including Brick Lane, this hotel was perfectly located. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was helpful enough. I did not opt for the breakfast as there are many delicious breakfast and brunch spots nearby. "
