「The unit was exactly as described. Check-in process was super easy, and the hosts were so responsive and helpful about answering questions. We also appreciated the welcome binder and used quite a few of the recommendations. The unit had built-in shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers in the showers, which really helped us pack light for the plane ride. Loved being able to use the washer/dryer in the unit as well. Great location near the pool and beach area. Thank you!」

The beds had dirty/soiled linens, the bathroom towels were used, and the entire property smelled like wet towels/mildew because the AC had been turned off. It was not in livable condition when we arrived.Because of this, we had to pay out of pocket for another hotel room Friday night. We were told the property would be cleaned the next day, but...
