「We came to stay here for a concert at A an r music bar. And are headed south to Nashville right afterwards. The place was clean exactly what we expected and in a great location. Cute neighborhood too!」

「This was our second time staying at this property and it was another perfect visit! The house is spacious and is wonderfully cared for. Very clean, nice furniture, plenty of extra towels and blankets. We loved exploring the little trail out back and watching the herons build their nests. We will absolutely be coming back again!」

「The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Navigating the narrow neighborhood street at night was challenging as cars were parked on both sides so a narrow single car lane. There were also no street lights. Other than that there is off street parking on a shared driveway. No complaints about the house itself. Everything was in good working order.」

「I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds.」

「I felt like this place was way overpriced for what we were looking for. The house was clean but the outside looked like a jungle. I was charged extra $$ for have my kids along. It’s a house that slept 16, but when let the owner know it would be my husband and I plus my 3 kids he sent a new bill. Had I known that, I would have found something more cost effective. There were 5 of us total and barely enough seating room to really even relax in the evening. I was not overly impressed.」
