Driveway offers parking for two vehicles. Small patio for a place to relax outside. Tastefully decorated to provide extra comfort during your stay. With all new appliances and furnishings, this is a fresh feeling home with old time charm.

Property is on basement level. You could hear upstairs tenant but a text to property owner helped. Parking was hit and miss but pass was provided for parking lot across busy street. Location was excellent, within walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Estes Park

Columbus Ohio’s Germantown was a great place to explore and not be caught up in the hustle of a one night stay on the beginning of a long family vacation. Our host gave clear and helpful information, when requested, and the home was fully functional for us to fully enjoy our short afternoon and evening.
