The home was as advertised and very comfortable. The only issues we had were difficulty navigating the street due to many cars narrowing the passage way and there was no spare toilet paper we could find in the house.

The location was increidble--my boyfriend and I were able to walk to all of the Short North main areas. It was our first time visiting Columbus, so this was a great place for us to stay. Bill was $13 higher than what was quoted, with taxes, on reservation. When I called the Aloft in Westerville to track down the problem, I was told, after a wait of several minutes, that this is an “Incidental fee.” Must monitor for bank to return!
It was very nice and very clean.
Westerville overall was great, we did not spend a lot of time there but the City is clean, wayfinding and cleanliness fantastic.
I will never book a room with red roof at Westerville, EVER AGAIN.
