"When we arrived the hotel lobby had a fowl smell. I ignored it. The hallways had a different bad odor, then the room had its own bad odor. The lobby seemed very dark, and the hallways too. When we went to our room that be said was ready and it had not been touched. Food garbage, bed linens slept on and balled up on the bed, dirty towels all over the floor. We immediately left. They gave us a refund and blamed “the system”. My gut feeling was to run. Im glad I did. I definitely will not attempt to book with them again."
