Electricity was out when we got there, however Amber called us an hour before we arrived to let us know, offered us two different rentals in case it didn't come back on. However wasn't needed as the power came on about 20 minutes after arrival. Beautiful neighborhood, our dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Was there for a wedding so wasn't really at the house much, but was perfect for what and where we needed. Thank you Sam and Amber. "
