We loved our stay here. We came from the UK and were very happy with everything. The Hotel is warm and welcoming with friendly staff. There is a pool, gym and jacuzzi available for use 24/7. The bed was so comfy and the room service staff kept things nice and tidy. There was always someone working towards upkeep, maintenance and cleaning during the day. Gardening staff busy making sure the outside looked perfect. We will definitely return.

This property is great because of affordability and a nice staff. It is quite old and a bit rundown, but perfectly acceptable place to stay. I slept really well! I will say that there was very little hot water available for the shower, which made me sad but is what it is.

The hallway carpet smelled like cigarette smoke, the lock on our door was broken, there were blood stains on our comforter. We were sad to find out there was no continental breakfast. The staff member at the front desk was very nice.

The key to our room didn’t work. It was reprogrammed and still didn’t work. As I stood in line at the desk to get somebody to open my room every time I came back, there were 1 or 2 people doing the same thing. This was the staffs solution to the problem. Having said that, it wasn’t their fault and they were all very helpful. The room itself was old and pretty dirty. The thermostat was thick with greased on dirt. I flicked one of the lampshades and a cloud of dust could be seen in the air. The bed was very comfy. The big problem was the keys not working (even on the outdoor entrances). This was a problem with a lot of people. I won’t stay here again.
