I stayed two nights for business and enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and eager to assist. The room was very clean and updated. The hotel was quiet and in an ideal location for walking.

Rooms need attention! This used to be such a beautiful property, but is now in need of a lot of attention. The lobby is updated and nicely appointed; our room & the fitness center are different stories. It’s a perfect location for enjoying all that downtown has to offer, so I hope updates & repairs for the rooms are planned soon!

The AC in my room didn’t work, I had a hard time sleeping when the room would go below 71 degrees no matter how low I set the thermostat.

Never saw housekeeping for the duration of my 3 day stay. We ran out of soap and body wash that took 1 day to get. The back entrances were taped shut. The courtyard was dirty and every night had homeless in it. The only hotel ive stayed at that doesnt offer a continental breakfast. It did offer a buffet for $30 per person. The air conditioner barely worked. The first night it was 79°, after i complained and they came to fix it, it went down to a balmy 74 (sarcasm) overall would not recommend at all

Got to the hotel shortly after 4. Lobby is dated and was very warm, no big deal. Got our room in a timely fashion, the desk staff were good. We get to our room and it was cleanish, and very very hot. Turned the air on and within 10 minutes the temp went from 80 to 84. Went to the desk to get a different room and they quickly did so. Went to the next room and it was also warm, and dirty. Towels all over the bathroom and the bed wasnt made. Went back to the desk and asked to cancel our stay and to get refuned and they did so with no hesitation. The desk staff were great, that was the only think that was good here. Saw numerous other people at the front desk making similar complaints, on even saying the rooms tv was on the bed.

Breakfast should have been served like advertised. Staff was not at front desk often and had to wait long periods multiple times to be greeted, get my car, or for any service. Shower filled with water when showering. Sink consistently leaked.

Staff was very poor service and no heat in room and took over 3 hours to get a new room. I had to go down to the front desk 4 times and was treated with indifference regarding the issue. Then the next morning The front desk refunded Expedia for the entire bill. It is now 1/9/26 and I have not received a refund to my card yet
