The property was a perfect location to explore downtown Columbus or take rideshare to areas not in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and professional. My room was clean and comfortable. I spent a week at the property visiting for the iPride World Series, and would definitely stay again when in Columbus.
Convenient walking to Cosi and other restaurants. Was really simply a place to sleep and rest. Mini fridge didnt work, hair dryer was broken, and the tv wouldn’t connect. Shampoos were also empty. Not maintained well.
Staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and located close to public transportation.

Property is looking a little tired and because it was in transition from one chain to another I could not get my points so not a perfect stay but the staff were very helpful and it was well located in Downtown
The staff were amazing and so friendly. The hotel was very clean. The only problem was our room was hot and the air conditioning didn’t work great and our mini fridge wasn’t working. I would definitely stay again though. Love the location!
Excellent stay from start to finish. The hotel was extremely clean, the room was spacious, and everything smelled amazing and well cared for. I also appreciated how quiet and comfortable the environment was. This is definitely one of the nicer Hilton stays I’ve had.
This hotel must be transitioning ownership as it is seriously understaffed for its size and was practically empty. I will say the people working there were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the location was safe and good for my needs. There was lots of street parking available over the weekend. I would stay here again.
I stayed two nights for business and enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and eager to assist. The room was very clean and updated. The hotel was quiet and in an ideal location for walking.
The room and hotel were very clean, no smells or stand out gross items and the view of the city was nice. We most likely will not stay here again; however, because the air conditioning did not seem to be working (a common complaint after talking to other guests). Though there were 4 elevators on site, it seemed only 2 were working, causing a lot of wait time just to get to the lobby or our room.

Gym was decent enough, fantastic city view for the cardio equipment was a plus. Parking was alright
The hotel has see better days - while things functioned, there was a lot of duct tape and well used furnishing. The lobby is quite run down. The location is great.
This hotel was rather basic, but my room was great. The bed was very comfortable and it had a great view of the statehouse. Check out the great view of downtown from the gym which is on the top, 22nd floor.
It was clear that the hotel seems to be in transition from its sale as a former Sheraton hotel to an independently owned hotel — so I noticed there were a few places in the hotel that were potentially being renovated.
The hotel is centrally located downtown. I recommend parking in either of the Commons park garages — there are two of them, with the underground lot the closest to the hotel.
Parking is very challenging. And expensive. Staff is friendly. And recommended ways to save money. Rooms were clean. The hotel itself is generally aging and could definitely use some upgrades. Such as the walls near the elevators are cracked and peeling. There are scuff marks on floors and walls. Just needs a little elbow grease, some fresh paint, and some attention to details. Other than that, it was good.
I liked the location being across State Street from the Ohio State House where I needed to be. There is an open, old bag of ice in the freezer of the refrigerator in the room that should be removed and the freezer cleaned. To do so will require thawing the freezer but it's unsightly.
This is a very old hotel and needs updating. The towel bar in the bathroom was nearly falling off the wall. I guess that's what happened when there is no vent in the bathroom. The sink was missing the stopper so the running water was really loud. We had a apartment size refrigerator in our room which was surprising.
This hotel would be my last resort stay if all else fails.
This Dowager hotel has lost her luster. She is tired and rundown. We had to ask for toilet paper during our recent stay of a week. No housekeeping. The thermostat was immovable. The decor is dated. It is in an excellent location. There is no valet parking (or at least there wasn’t when we were there. You had to park in a parking garage. Going in and out and paying each time is ridiculous for a hotel of a caliber it used to be. If location is important, this is a great hotel. If you need parking, amenities and toilet paper, look elsewhere.

Rooms need attention! This used to be such a beautiful property, but is now in need of a lot of attention. The lobby is updated and nicely appointed; our room & the fitness center are different stories. It’s a perfect location for enjoying all that downtown has to offer, so I hope updates & repairs for the rooms are planned soon!

Overall, the stay and cleanliness of the hotel were okay. However, the front desk staff was not very helpful. Instead of trying to clarify the parking misunderstanding, the employee came across as rude and dismissive. We arrived after 10:00p.m., (by the time we found our way it was past 11:00pm) and another older gentleman was experiencing the same confusion trying to locate the correct parking garage.
After driving around several blocks and even entering the wrong garage based on the limited information we had, we returned to the front desk for clarification multiple times. Rather than providing clear directions, we were simply told to “park on the street and come back,” which was frustrating given the late hour and the lack of available street parking.
When we finally located the correct parking garage and returned, the employee simply turned away with what appeared to be a smirk, which made an already stressful situation feel even more unpleasant. A little patience, empathy, and clearer communication would have gone a long way in improving our experience.
It was an awful stay. The rooms would not cool down. The room I was in (king) had fewer amenities than the room with the doubles. The restaurant was extremely slow, but the staff was very nice. The rooms were outdated or felt outdated. The carpets looked old, and so did the walls, dinged and scratched
We appreciated the customer service. The new owner was a lovely man. Our room's heat did not work so they gave us a new room and a bag of some snacks and drinks.
