Everything was great except there was only one towel in the pool area and when we asked for more we were told they would bring more if they had them. We never got more.

The food is terrible and all food and drinks are overpriced. Got one drink and later got a bill for $31? The delivered breakfast has delivery fees tax and tip so it’s extremely expensive and is horrible quality of food. The biggest complaint I had was my sister called the hotel before I checked in to ask them to surprise me with something for my birthday. They did nothing and then she had to follow up multiple times just for them to give me something 2 days late upon checkout… just not what I would expect from such a highly rated hotel. It’s also disappointing to see that a girl staying a couple days before me had a great and special birthday experience but when I checked in I didn’t have the same experience. In fact they asked me the occasion of my stay at least 3 times. Definitely have had better experiences at cheaper hotels.

I expected a much higher level of finish for the room, but it was certainly worked on and stayed in and it showed quite a bit. Couch had stains, walls showed patches, bathroom floor needs a better cleaning job... Just mid for what I paid.

This property was amazing! The outside is beautiful and the inside was immaculate. Our room was the Rose room. Highly recommend. Everything was clean and the amenities that they have available to us including soda, snacks, coffee, and homemade cookies. Nice and quiet stay. Perfect for my husband and I while we visited for a few days in town. Easy access to major highways and towns with restaurants a short distance away.
