"Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was just perfect. We loved the location; close to the pool, the restaurant, and the lobby. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the marina. I enjoyed the “early bird” free coffee and watching the sun come up over the marina. We loved the heated pool and the jacuzzi. The grounds were beautiful. The food, drinks, and the staff at the Firefly were exceptional. We were pleased that there was a shuttle to SeaWorld. We will definitely be back! "

"If you’re without a car, and you’re wanting to wander around San Diego and not get a rental or do Uber for every trip. This hotel is pretty far away from the beach. Central location if you’re looking for that as a place to be ground zero. Pretty much 20-30 minutes from everything in La Jolla, Mission Bay Mission Beach Balboa Park. "

"The room was great and they were able to get us into it right away - the staff is amazing!!! Super walkable area and close to tram and stadium. We were even able to buy our zoo tickets at the front desk cheaper than at the zoo."

"could not get hold of anyone at the front desk. The pack & play delivered to our room was filthy and had vomit and many stains. We arrived late and couldn't get a hold of anyone to replace it. Gave us each an 8oz bottle of water then couldn't have anymore accommodated. "

"We were on a four night stay, After the second night we asked for a replenishment of coffee and towels. I expressed my belief that the room should be furnished with coffee daily. The host was cooperative and offered to comp one nights parking which I felt was acceptable. That didn't happen, we were not compensated one nights parking. Also, on the days the coffee WAS replenished, no sugar, creamer or stir sticks were supplied. "

"Perfect location for the Gaslamp Quarter! Near the san diego rail and also perfect distance to walk to many nearby places! Stayed for my birthday weekend and the staff were very accommodating! They even gave me cute cupcakes! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Omni!! "
