「We enjoyed our stay in this relatively spacious studio condo. Small kitchen had everything we needed. King bed was comfy. Good wifi and provided access to Netflix without using your personal account was a bonus. Convenient access to ski rentals and Gondola. Ski locker on main floor provided easy storage of gear without cluttering the condo. Check in and communication with owner was flawless. Minor drawbacks are longer walk from elevator to condo than most units and need to keep window...

「This was such a lovely, quiet and relaxing place to stay. The views off the patio were so welcoming in the morning. We loved having a little separation bw the bedroom and the living area. 「LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !!!! This condo has it all. We went to a concert at Red Rocks, visited Georgetown, Golden, Boulder, and saw a Rockies Game ! Short distance to all! Beds/ pillows were super comfy and unit was spacious for 2 couples. Would absolutely stay here again! 」

「This is the ideal property if you want to have convenient access to the lifts and gondolas at Winter Park. It is literally across the street. Exit the building, cross the street, walk 50 yards to lifts. The unit is clean and well decorated. Most importantly, for me, the bed is super comfortable! The owners are amazing and checked in with me every step of the way. I will definitely be staying here again!」

"アメリカのホテルとしては平均的で、及第点といった印象。全体的には清潔で、モーテルや安めのホテルによくある匂いなども強くはない(少しはします)。ただ、バスタブの排水効率が悪かった。シャワーを浴びていると徐々に足元に温くなったお湯が溜まり始めるので、ゆっくり浴びていると足元だけ何となく洗えていないような感覚になる。その他は大きな欠点もない。デスクのライトが点かなかったので不具合だろうが、いちいち交換してもらうのも面倒だったので放置した。スタッフに対応してもらう場面は少なかったが、人によっては非ネイティブに対しての対応に温度差があるような感じも少しあったが、露骨では無かった。シャトルは利用しなかったが、稼働はしているようだ。立地としても付近にファストフード、ウォルマートや24hのセブンイレブンなどもあるため遅い時間の到着や連泊でも耐えられる。ただし公共交通機関は貧弱なため、ダウンタウンまでは1時間ほどかかる点は要注意。治安に関してはダウンタウンに比べると良いと思う。多少ホームレスの方々なども見受けられるが、危ないと感じるほどではない。全体的には至極落ち着いた地域だと思う。ただし22時ごろにウォルマートに寄った帰りに、駐車場でいわゆる「販売人」に軽く声はかけられたのでやはりそこはアメリカだという点は留意してほしい。総じてモーテルよりと比べると良い。ダウンタウンに滞在すると費用面でも高くなるため、仕事などでこのエリアに滞在する場合は第一選択肢と考えて良いと思う。少し費用面でかかっても良いから、ハズレたくない、不快な思いをしたくないという方にはおすすめです。"
