"Very friendly front desk staff! Room was clean and comfortable! Walking distance to Union Station (about one mile). It was just my teen daughter and I and we felt very safe in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. We walked everywhere. Breakfast buffet $24.99 each but was not your normal hotel breakfast. It was quite delicious! And if you have a chance go to 5280 Burger Bar just next door and get the fried pickles! Would stay here again! "

"The front desk needs to be watched better. Some horrible customer service. Miguel should be the highest paid person there. He was always helpful and with a smile to boot. The place is a cheap dump. Thin walls, no heat, no ventilation, gross dirty carpet, lumpy mattress, dirty window that doesn’t open, crappy breakfast with gross unwashed people wearing barely there pajamas in buffet and dining area. Their “market” is so poorly stocked. Not a bottle of water or. Diet Coke to be found. Really crummy location too."

"Didn't expect much but it still sucked. Probably the worst hotel experience if my life. Pretty sure I got bed bug bites. The night manager was incredibly rude, and not just to me, but to everyone that came in. They don't accept tap to pay, so don't be fooled. "

"Lovely stay. The unit has a great layout with a very functional small kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and large tub/shower. Great natural light and lots of light fixtures for evening illumination. Good communication with the owner and a prompt response to the one question I had. I will absolutely book this space if it's available on my next trip to Denver."

"Our family was in Denver for spring break. This property offered the perfect location to access all things Denver. It was well stocked, nicely decorated and very cozy. The kids loved the pickleball court and basketball goal. Win-win all around. We would highly recommend! "

"Great family space. Both bedrooms were awesome for blackout spaces to sleep, but the day bed has a pretty old/springy mattress and could use a topper to be comfortable for an adult to sleep there but is probably just fine for a child. Great location, tucked away but close to lots of things and lovely lake nearby. "
