"We had to move rooms our first night because of a water leak. Then the bathroom in our second room started to leak water but at a very slower pace, thankfully. I don’t know if it’s because it’s not taken care of or because of all the snow they got. But I will say that the front desk staff were absolutely amazing, especially his. He worked diligently to get us into our new room comfortably, and almost begged to help us move our things! And he had the best recommendations for restaurants in town! Like six or seven places, lol he has a fine young man and deserves a raise!"

"Hotel was clean and inviting. The staff was helpful and courteous. Parking was easy, and because we needed handicap parking, were pleased to see that those places were plentiful. The breakfast offered was varied and included offerings of eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, cereals and baked goods. Juices, coffees (both decaf and caffeinated) as well as teas available. The reason for a 4-star review is based on a few glitches in the room, as the toilet handle was not working properly and if not turned correctly, the water kept running. Also, the coffee maker in the room didn’t work. But other than those two issues, I would definitely recommend this property."

"Brand new beautiful hotel right in the heart of Boulder, just across the street from the north end of the campus. Easy walk to Pearl Street and downtown, and just an all-around high-quality contemporary and luxurious property with really nice rooms and excellent bath fixtures. Top-notch experience with friendly and helpful staff."
