「I ordered the room near the eleveter because my legs are bad, but wasn't. My room wasn't housekeeping at two days, and I called and told the circumstances and to need new towels and water to front desk, but nobody delivered.」

「Not all rooms were renovated up to the 4 star hotel standard. I was assigned to the king bed studio room on the 3rd floor, and there were several problems that made our stays less pleasant then it should. 1. Loud HVAC - it has central HVAC which was great, but it's just as loud and probably worse than the window unit. 2. Huge gaps between curtains to the wall - there's no way to fully block early morning lights from coming in due to the huge gaps between the curtains and the wall. 3. We were...

「We didn't avail ourselves of any of the amenities except to stay in the home to sleep, but it was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked and a dream for anyone wanting to cook there. Also, the owner was amazing. She and her management team were on top of every correspondence and request within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home and enthusiastically recommend it to others.」

「Our stay at the townhome was wonderful.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals.There was a lot of space.And we went on walks every evening right from the townhome.We even stopped at Safeway on the way back from our walks. Also, Whole Foods is just 10 minutes by car.」

「Place was very clean, in a very good area. Was not there on vacation so we did not do a lot. Went to butterfly pavilion, very cool, and miniature golf. When I had questions, they were very quick to answer. Would definitely stay again if needed. 」
