"You get what you pay for. This hotel is clearly running on minimal staff and they obviously do not care about the grounds of the property- cigarette butts and trash everywhere on all the grassy areas. Sketchy, dark parking lot at night on the west side. When walking my dog late night after an event in Boulder, I noticed 2 separate cars where travelers were parked back there sleeping or just hanging out in their cars. Creepy. The parking lot that faces east near the entrance filled up at night, understandably so. Nobody wants to park on the backside for good reason... There are people clearly living in many of the rooms, so they must rent it out for people who are in-between homes or whatnot. A lot of smokers so it was impossible to keep window open at night for fresh air because the smokers are right outside at all hours of the night. My room was upstairs in an area that also featured furniture and junk shoved in the corner of the same hallway. Not a welcoming sight. It's wintertime in Colorado. Why was there not a blanket to place over the bed? It was two layers of sheets and that was it. My pillows were all clumpy. I knew what I was signing up for when I booked this place- just a cheap place to rest head for one single night. At least they allow dogs, for that I am grateful. "

"Old and tired. Not much effort put into maintenance. Do not come expecting a fully equipped kitchen. I had to ask for pots and pans. I was given a small pot with no lid and a 6” frying pan. No peeler, no scissors. The only knife was a janky steak knife. Also do not expect breakfast. Although the signs are up and it’s in the listing, apparently they “don’t do that any more”"

"My stay was great! It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was a great treat in the mornings. And the cookies in the evening. The hot tub wasn't working while I was there. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay again."

"Upon check-in, we were not informed that the gym was closed 9-6 each day and were not informed that the water to the building would be shut off on Saturday night starting at 10:00 PM. Further, we were assigned to the end of the hotel undergoing renovations and therefore it was not clean, in a state of repair and smelled like construction. The overall room was dated and the furniture in the room was old and worn."

"We were super bummed when we arrived and the pool and hot tub were outside and closed for the season, the staff member that checked us in was amazing! We appreciate how helpful and kind she was to us! Small but very clean rooms. Comfy beds. Best Breakfast!"

"I prepaid for the room on hotels.com. Then I had to pay for parking when I got there. Then they had a pending charge on my card for almost $400. Not a great experience. Room was small for the price I paid."
