"Our stay was okay, I think if we had a different room, it would be a higher rating. The room had not been remodeled yet, was crowded and still had old carpet. It was a nice stay overall. Property felt safe. There were a few hiccups, but staff quickly addressed it."

"The hotel was lovely as were the staff. The staff were very accommodating and let me have a late check out to give me time to prepare for a job interview. The bathroom was in need of maintenance and paint. But otherwise clean. I was disappointed in the desk/work station in the room. That area was taken up by the microwave, coffee pot and there wasn't a lot of room to work. In addition, the chair for the work station was small with arms and didn't accomodate my size comfortably. Great place to stay if you don't have to use the work/desk area."

"The staff is friendly and helpful, but the pool was too cold, the carpet in the room was dirty and dusty. However, the room had a wonderful view. The best thing we enjoyed during our week-long stay was the free breakfast and dinner, plus drinks, and the parking lot's location was safe."

I got it exchange immediately But in the next day someone else tried entering in my room My room was latched from inside so he could not enter but the persons mentioned sorry and left immediately I think some system should be in place to avoid such mistakes"

"Clean room with fantastic beds and blackout shades. I’ve stayed here many, many times and was distressed this visit by the on-site restaurant. It used to be a highlight of staying at this property. Fantastic servers and good food. The Spotted Donkey was a bit of disaster. No host to seat is or acknowledge us. I stood at the podium for thirty minutes along with others and nobody even came to explain the situation. It was as if there were no cooks or servers. This needs to be seriously addressed if you will lose lots of hotel business. "
