「Clean and excellent condition of facilities and room」

「Internet sign-in was confusing, but got it. Side door on south side seemed not to lock at all but later did.」

「There are not enough handicap parking spots. And, they tried to accuse my service dog of disturbing other guests, the manager refused to investigate to discover that it was dogs from another room, not my service dog. The on-site staff member, Tammy, was phenomenal and verified that my dog did not bark and was very accommodating, very professional and very helpful. 」

「I stay at this property when I come in town when my sister is hospitalized. She is fighting cancer and I am in and out of this hotel quite often. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is also amazing and if I need anything they are accommodating. Thank you, IHG for making a difficult time in my life a little easier, knowing that I can rely on your facility to not just be safe, but to be kind as well.
