「Natiivo was a great stay in Austin. It was close to activities and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool, fitness center, and on-site coffee/bar. The service was also top-notch.」

「The location of the place was great to all our activities whether we walked or took an Uber. We road once in a self driving Uber and it worked well! The roof top pool was really nice, albeit small and on the weekend it was very crowded. I heard people not staying could pay to use the pool, but didn't confirm that, but this seemed likely as it was so crowded. The condo was lacking in furniture as we had four adults and there was one couch (and a very small bean bag). Everything else was perfect...

「Overall the unit is comfortable and clean but the building is fairly old. Bedrooms are nice though a bit sparse regarding closet and drawer space. Kitchen is adequate with nice sized refrigerator and the expected appliances. Location is a 10 minute walk from the Rainey St area that has several restaurants and clubs and a few minutes from 6th St where there are also numerous bars and restaurants. Overall for the price the unit is what one would expect in this city. 」

「Spent a long weekend in Austin. Condo was within walking distance to everything downtown, steps from the Lady Bird lake trail, great views from the unit and the rooftop pool area. Clean and just as advertised. Check in easy. 」

「The location of this property was perfect! Easy walking to everything in the area. There is a fair amount of street noise on the weekend and you can hear the birds very early in the morning so good to have earplugs. The pool was small but lovely to sit around and relax. The unit was clean and could use some updating but beds were comfy and it fit our needs.」

「What a great location! Close to 6th St, the River Walk, and the Capitol. Many museums and activities within walking distance. Andrea was very easy to work with and it was nice to have off-street secure parking. 」

「Location was great. Wanted to be close to moody for a concert. Vibes were good. Room was clean. View was good also. Only draw back was being next to the high way. 」

「The place was nice. We loved the pool. The only issue we had was the elevator which was very slow. There were times we had to wait 10 minutes for an elevator to come. 」
