"No microwave, the place was not ready when we got there, bed unmade , dishes in sink, the AC didn’t work the first night, only 2 towels for a 3 nights stay. It was very difficult to get a hold of the owner.At 10:30 pm on the first night , the owner finally called me, I explained everything to him. He helped to accommodate, give us some of our money back and fix all issues, so yes he was polite and nice but I can’t give him more stars considering what we had to deal with . "

"The property and management staff were wonderful, including the very convenient location. With the exception of the frat house music which was extremely loud until 3am and again at 6:30am on game day. Without the excessive noise the property would be near perfect. "

"This apartment is uniquely furnished with a very comfortable king sized bed and all the basic necessities. The location was fabulous providing both resteraunts and other various businesses within walking distance as well as a short and easy drive to many local attractions. The host communicated with us very well and was extremely responsive. We would certainly return and recommend to others as a great stay in the Austin area."
