"Very good location across river from airport. Shuttle driver was friendly and helpful and arrived on schedule, however schedule was difficult to understand. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Probably stay more nights next trip through Tokyo."

"view of shibuya scramble matchless! very convenient that airport limousine was just at the back of hotel entrance- level 5. staff spoke english and very pleasant to deal with. However, the lift to front entrance of hotel on the left side of building was very discreetly sign posted and easy to miss especially if you are new to the place. taxi also had a hard time finding the back door driveway. they should specifically state directions to hotel in their website."
