"The walkway from Shinagawa station is not smooth enough to be rolling/pushing luggage to check into hotel. also, no cover during rain. I realize there are renovations on-going but I hope they make it more comfortable to transit from the station to the front desk for check in. thank you"

"We had an amazing time at this hotel. It was extremely comfortable and was definitely great home away from home. All the staff were friendly and hospitable. We, unfortunately, had a small medical emergency early in the am and the staff went above and beyond to help us find the proper care. We are very grateful for all the staff that worked that night .We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. Side note - we also enjoyed the bakery and breakfast buffet. "

"Very convenient location. A lot of people around the area especially in the afternoon. Hotel is nice and clean. Staff friendly, helpful. Too bad the godzilla area was closed. Other than that, I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Shinjuku. "

"I am traveling with 16 students. We were on our way back to the airport when one of the kids informed me that his passport was left in his room. We immediately returned to the hotel by subway and the staff quickly helped us retrieve the important travel document. Their kindness is greatly appreciated.❤️"

"More of a long stay hotel - I stayed one night and found it very convenient. Near a busy shopping/dining area and subway station. Surrounding neighborhood is walkable and quite (once off main road). Has a guest laundry in the basement - very convenient for long term travelers. "
