"The Jewel was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, easy to access shopping, multiple subway lines. What impressed me the most was the spaciousness of the room, a rare find in NYC. The room was not only spacious but also quiet and incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. While the hotel didn't have an extensive list of amenities, I liked the inclusion of coffee in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC."

"The hotel was friendly and convenient. My room had a very tiny window. And I felt like I was in a cave. I spent 3 nights there and wished that I had a better room. I asked when I checked in and they said that was one of the larger rooms with a king bed. Also, it would have been nice to have a room coffee service though the. French bakery downstairs was a wonderful touch. I did enjoy a lot of walking in the area.And often walk versus taking a cab."

"My stay was good. The room was comfortable and considering the hotel's age, it's still fit for purpose. The only thing that concerned me was the photos of the room posted on this website were not the same as what I got. But it was still a good room, a bit small though. The hotel had good access to the subway, so traveling around was not hard. It was close to Times Square and Macy's too. The members of staff were all friendly and helpful. No one was rude at all.
