"Staff was very accommodating. Room was ok but toilet didn’t flush without the water constantly running. Shower gel, shampoo & condition bottles were all empty in the shower. Had to call for new ones. "

"When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned. The host was at first responsive--but as we discovered that the TV didn't work, there were not enough plates even for two people, and no information about how to operate the mini-splits or gas stove, we realized that we could spend our vacation reaching out to the host to request repairs/guidance/replacement...or we could move to another property and enjoy ourselves. At this juncture, the host ghosted us. Note: there is NO "arcade/game room" as listed on VRBO for this property. It is necessary to walk through mud to reach the front door. There is a skylight over the bed (two single beds pushed together), which cannot be closed or opened. Garbage cans lay on their sides at the street for the entirety of our stay; a chair that we never used fell to pieces when we moved it to pick something up from the floor."

"Our host, Lynne, was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. The house was charming but had everything we needed as a large family. There were plenty of beds and the kitchen had all the equipment needed to feed the lot of us. "

"Home was lovely for our stay and what we needed a place for, however the lack of any sort of instruction outside of the lock code made it a bit more difficult to navigate the home. In the sense of, any safety or things to keep in mind while using the fireplace, where to get firewood, if anything is needed upon checkout, where to put garbage and recyclables and other items of the sort. "

"Cozy house! Super stay!13 minutes from Jiminy - perfect base for skiing. Great kitchen - more than just the basics. Good knives! Made cooking easy. Lovely fireplace and sofa area. Watch a movie next to a roaring fire - great for apres ski. "

"The host was very accommodating. The home is very comfortable and well appointed. It has all the amenities you could want. The area is beautiful with lots of great restaurants, shops and near great attractions. Would definitely be a place to visit again."

"Carl was very responsive and the house was clean, well kept, and had everything that was listed in working condition (which is not always the case!). We visited in October for a birthday weekend, which I mentioned in the booking, even walked into a Halloween themed Happy Birthday sign! Extremely thoughtful. The hot tub, grill, and fire pit were all very easy to use. Nice bathrooms, close to nearby experiences, and very secluded. Would definitely book again, highly recommend!"
