"Our host, Lynne, was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. The house was charming but had everything we needed as a large family. There were plenty of beds and the kitchen had all the equipment needed to feed the lot of us. "

In the sense of, any safety or things to keep in mind while using the fireplace, where to get firewood, if anything is needed upon checkout, where to put garbage and recyclables and other items of the sort. "Cozy house! Super stay!13 minutes from Jiminy - perfect base for skiing. Great kitchen - more than just the basics. Good knives! Made cooking easy. Lovely fireplace and sofa area. Watch a movie next to a roaring fire - great for apres ski. "

"Carl was very responsive and the house was clean, well kept, and had everything that was listed in working condition (which is not always the case!). We visited in October for a birthday weekend, which I mentioned in the booking, even walked into a Halloween themed Happy Birthday sign! Extremely thoughtful. The hot tub, grill, and fire pit were all very easy to use. Nice bathrooms, close to nearby experiences, and very secluded. Would definitely book again, highly recommend!"

"I love the open kitchen and the easy use of everything. They always have a most of the kitchen items that we need for daily use. They have a big brita filter water dispenser that is super useful and feels safe. We just love the private hikes that wee venture every day once or twice. Love the nature trails. "
