The friendliness and excellent service received from the staff. While we stayed at the Yankee, we expected a delivery from UPS and the staff at the registration ensured that we would be informed as soon as it arrived at the Yankee. There was a delay from UPS and it caused us some stress. The Yankee staff made sure we were kept informed of the delivery. Their concern was greatly appreciated. Thank you.」
「We returned to the Chambery Inn to celebrate my wife's birthday and the Memorial Day weekend. We were very happy with our choice. We stayed in a beautiful room (203), which included a spacious sitting area and a well-appointed bath. The breakfast were nicely prepared and presented. The Inn provided timely information prior and during our stay. We will be back in the future. 」
「Check in was easy and there was lots of parking. The room was quiet with the A/C already on which was great in the heat wave we were in. The curtains were truly blackout curtains which was great for sleeping. I read other reviews saying the beds were hard but the beds in this room were totally comfortable. Lots of outlets for electronics and good Wifi.」
