"First of all when we arrived, your check-in staff was unable to charge Expedia (who we already paid), and said it was our responsibility to call Expedia and work it out. I spent two hours on the phone at 11 PM at night to rectify the situation. This should not have been our responsibility.! secondly had we not purchased breakfast with our room we would not have paid $9.99 for the cold breakfast, which was basically just cereal! Nor would we have paid the higher price for your hot breakfast, which was not hot and very limited. Too overpriced.! Hilton is off our list for the future.😒"

"I mean, it’s a Hyatt Regency… It should be nice and it was. Great staff, good location, beautiful room, great bar and views. The elevator was slow, but that’s a first world problem and I adapted and is not a complaint. It is what it is. Will probably never return to Princeton because it was just a random stop off, but if I did, I I would stay here again! "

"We were disappointed to find beetles consistently appearing from the air conditioning unit in our room. The following day, we were moved to a different room, where we discovered that the dishwasher was in disarray and the handle in the kitchen was broken."

"The beds are incredibly uncomfortable which honestly over shadowed the rest of our stay. I love staying at holiday inn express specifically because the breakfast is my favorite of any hotel I've stayed at but that bed was a brick. I felt every spring to the point my legs went numb from them hitting specific pressure points. I woke up in pain from head to toe and couldn’t stay sleeping. It’s a shame because I really do enjoy my holiday inn stays "
