「Stayed at the property for a cheer competition. Upon arrival there was dried up blood on the sheets we had to change ourselves. The pool was broken and shut down. Coming back to the room after dinner, to shower towels were dirty. Went to use the bathroom roaches were found in the shower, big to small. Reported to front desk staff and was told to leave the property in the middle of the night in order to be refunded. We had small children and it was cold with no other alternatives he was rude...
