「Beautiful building, friendly staff, gym was great. It has everything you need. Walking distance to everything and the valet service is top notch. So quiet inside the apartment too, you don't hear any neighbors or noise from upstairs. Thanks again, we will stay here again when visiting Pittsburgh.」

「There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...
