「Staff was nice, that is only highlight. Hotel is old. Breakfast was ok, they mjxed the veggie omelette in same station as egg and ham sandwich. Our room had a used piece of dental floss on the floor when we entered and generally you could tell not properly cleaned. Tub was not clean either. Location right off high way is good but they need to up their game」

「Liked the room. But really need to be able to adjust brightness on giant TV, Probably need to upgrade pillows. It was good enough for us after 2 very long days.」

「I booked for one night stay and from unforeseen events had to stay a second night. Upon entering the building there was a strong perfumey odor, pleasant, but a little strong which I questioned to my self, what are they hiding. I was pleased to find nothing but good. Second night was pretty much the same but the room was on second floor and hinted of stale smoke. Not strong but to some it could be. I would stay again !」

「The building itself was very clean and the room was spacious. There is definitely a staffing issue, requiring the doors to be locked during normal business hours and waiting for assistance. Not a huge deal, just something to note.」

「早朝6時半発の飛行機のために宿泊しました。チェックイン時に空港シャトルを予約しましたが、4時発でいいかなと言うと早い方がいいと3時半に予約しました。シャトル自体は会社が目の前ですが周辺ホテルでピックアップして会社で混載されて空港に向かったので早めの方が確かに良かったです。空港自体も長蛇の列でサブの検査場に初めていきました。 ホテルは普通のラキンタインで、朝食は4時からです。夕食は左右にピザハットとボブエバンズがあり　徒歩で食べに来ていました。冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあり便利でした。」

「The room and kitchenette were perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pillows The right consistency. The staff that I dealt was amazing. Nigel checked me in and assisted with the very minute issues that arose swiftly and with a smile and kind words. His work was top tier. Josh checked me out and he was also a very pleasant and well mannered person. Due to these to people my family has decided that any time we visit the area again. This will be our hotel of choice.」

「We were happy about the cleanliness of the room and pleasantness of the staff, however, people going there should know when it's under renovations. It's just an unpleasant surprise when you arrive. AND to top everything off, Expedia had a Kind Bed room available, but when we got there, there was only a room with 2 Queen Beds available. Not something you CAN'T live with, BUT it's one of those details that leaves you feeling misinformed and cheated. 」

「We only received housekeeping for 1 day of a 5 night stay. And.i had to ask for that. They do housekeeping every other day per the assistant manager andmsigns.on the bathroom mirror. I spoke with the assistant manager before we left and she stated she would contact expedia and we would get a refund for one night. She contacted expedia and did what she was supposed to do but Expedia has dropped the ball saying a refund has been issued when it has not. The lack of housekeeping issue is why I...

「早朝のフライトで帰国するために利用しました。24時間運行しているシャトルバスのおかげで予定通りに空港に着くことができ、大変ありがたかったです。チェックイン・チェックアウトがアプリ内でできるところも便利でした。 一泊だけでしたが、部屋もきれいでとても良いホテルでした。」

「There was an issue on expedias end I have contacted both the hotel and Expedia well in advance after arriving to Pittsburgh and having no place to stay. No one has helped me. My next step is to challenge it on my credit card.」
