「The shower needs remedial work. There were no bath towel nor hand towel in the bathroom. There was a musty smell. However the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very pleasant」

「Love staying here staff and restaurant are great」

「Lovely spacious room. Very clean spacious bathroom. Great TV. Water in the fridge.」

「Overall the experience was just okay. breakfast was busy again adequate, lots of better options at this price point, parking was discounted down to £15 for 24 hours which was good.」

「Good Staff」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we were assigned a Club Room next to a Suite with a connecting door, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. We could clearly hear loud conversations, shouting, and piano playing from the suite until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to get any rest. The comfort of this room depends entirely on the guests staying in the suite next door. I regret choosing a Club Room and wish I had booked a standard room instead. I would also...

「Location is good for Birmingham and West Midlands excursion. Room is very spacious and clean. Reception staff are friendly and responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.」
