"The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. I loved that free water bottles and coffee were available at all times. Convenient location."

"Kids love being able to move the beds up and down and changing the light colors in the room. The room for being on the second floor was actually pretty well insulated from sound. And it stayed pretty dark with the blackout blinds. I was impressed. The front staff was also very helpful to me even so far as to let me borrow cards for the metro."
