"With the layout having the bones of an apartment, the amenities really set themselves up for success. Keeping our ice cream cold, separate bathrooms/showers, maybe a quick load of laundry—it was pretty great! Only thing I'd acknowledge is there was a bit of dust and gravel and strands of hair from a previous guest. nothing that soured my taste, but it's to be noted. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay here again :)"

"Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good."

"We highly recommend this VRBO and plan on booking again! Location was fantastic! The house was really clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need. We were impressed that the house was fully stocked with extra bedding, plenty of towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, soaps and shampoo - this place has it all! The host is amazing! You will get quick responses on any questions you have. He gave us suggestions of places to visit and eat at during our stay. Overall this was one of the best VRBO places we’ve stayed at!"

"Fantastic stay from start to finish! The property was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. "My family had a wonderful time, and plenty of room, while staying in this home. It was beautiful and comfortable. The host provided toiletries, Q-tips, cotton balls, Kleenex, plenty of tissue paper, cleaning supplies, including laundry detergent, coffee, ice, and plenty of towels...just to name some of the things we appreciated, but didn't expect. All of the extras do help with the cost of staying here. The host also left a suggestion for places to eat, shop and visit. So nice. We would definitely do it again. My only two concerns were the spiral stairs, which are not good for anyone with bad ankles or knees, and the early checkout, which is 10:00. Our flight wasn't until late afternoon, and since we didn't want to drag luggage around all day,, we spent the day at the airport. I tried to see if we could check out a little later, but no one would respond. That was frustrating!"

"5 stars stay. Charming home near downtown Nashville. Near shops, restaurants and walking paths. Extremely well maintained house that felt like we were staying at a friends home. The host provided info prior to our trip which enabled us to plan ahead. Parking and garage were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay at this location again."
