"We arrived incredibly late/early. Knowing we’d be late, we called to ensure someone would be there. They assured us there would be no issue. We arrived to find our reserved room, with a king sized bed, had been given away to a walk-in with no reservation. They offered a room with a smaller bed (difficult for my 6’3” husband). The mattress was horrible and the sink would not drain. The manager provided us a new room for our 2nd night, with the correct bed. If we’d received this room the first night, we may have considered this stay a success. However, with the first night’s fiasco, along with the lack-luster breakfast options (no eggs or meats of any kind), it was just an ok stay at best. While it did not ruin our trip, we would not likely stay again."

"A wonderful hotel. Very friendly front desk staff. Shared information on best restaurants. Breakfast was amazing. The room was large and spacious. Interesting layout to include 2 separate washrooms. Highly recommend! Also near the Premium Outlets. "

"We enjoyed our stay and Julie was very responsive when we had questions. Quiet area and we enjoyed the lake and surroundings. comfortable stay and had plenty of towels and blankets when we needed them. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The made me pay extra for a different room then the one I booked because their cleaning staff didn’t get to it at time. Mind you I checked in at like 10:45 at night. You had all day. Then the sink was literally coming off the wall it felt unsafe to use. The toilet was uneven. The shower, the tub spout almost came off. And the bed was horrible I felt every spring. Then when I left I realized I maybe forgot something. Call them, do you think they answered? Nope. 3 of the phone numbers listed for them didn’t even work"

"I got a room which had strong cigarettes odour. Didn't get a good night sleep. The room is outdated and could sure use an upgrade. For breakfast, there was just coffee and muffins nothing else. Positive note, friendly staff. Thank you "
