"The stay was comfortable and pleasant complete with friendly and welcoming staff. Overall the facility was clean. I did run into some questionable staining on the bed linens to which I requested and was given clean linens (Sheets with staining should trashed not placed on a bed for the next guest). The sofa in the room also had some spots which resembled pet drool, I would recommend the facility to invest in a steam cleaning machine especially for rooms that house pets. Also, we were only given 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for a 3 night stay for 2 people therefore we had to request more of those from the front desk. The facility should consider the number of patrons and days of a reservation when stocking the rooms. Having to request clean linens and bath towels can be a real inconvenience especially those in town on business. Overall, the facility and staff did leave a good impression with a few minor tweaks this property could be on the 5 star rating. "

"I loved the set up of the home. Very peaceful neighborhood and easy to access to many stores. Very spacious. Was a few minor issues but sent to host privately because overall was a great place to stay. Host very nice and responds quick"

"Planned a last minute trip to Carowinds. Wanted some extra space over a hotel. This was great. Rooms had amazing beds and the blackout curtains helped us enjoy a cool and quiet stay! "
