"Floors were dirty and room had an awful smell. Couch dirty. Staff was great check in and check out. Would recommend doing renovations. Loved the size of the room and separation between bedroom and living room. "

"The lobby is beautiful. The front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and nice. Easy location around alot of shopping and restaurants. The issues I had was the bed. I do believe are old. I couldnt get comfortable to sleep. I woke up with my hips hurting so bad I was in tears. I slept on the couch the rest of my stay. The breakfast host/cook maybe was rude. He watched everything you did and would tell you as soon as you opened the lid to get something to close it fast. I also over heard a argument between him and another guest cause he was being extremely rude to him too. Other then those 2 issues. We had a great stay "

"The staff was amazing!! There are not enough dishes for all the rooms. I chose this hotel to stay with my children because of the kitchen but did not have anything, even a cup, in the room for two days. The staff did what they could to provide items, but it was challenging to provide for my two children as hoped. "

"The host was very responsive however the house was less than expected. Very nice curb appeal from the front but lacking in furnishings. Listing states it sleeps 8 which it did but the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were worse. The living room had one sofa with three cushions and if more seating was wanted you had to pull bar stools in from the kitchen. The majority of the home does not have lights in ceiling so lamps are used most are without shades. The patio had a bbq grill however the outdoor furniture was rotted out and unusable. There was a ladder thrown in the back yard and a garden hose strung out and a large mirror just propped up against the exterior of the house. There was not enough dishes to serve 8 people in fact 3 of everything. There was a coffee maker however no pot for the coffee maker so that was something else we had to purchase. There were ants in the bathtub and roaches in the sink and freezer, and carpet was sticky in one of the bedrooms. The night before we checked out there was water leaking from the ceiling into the kitchen, assuming it was from the shower upstairs but it was obvious that there had been a leak here before as the ceiling was patched. I notified host and they said they would have someone come and look the next day, I checked out so unsure of how this ended. I stay frequently in rentals and usually the home is welcoming and well supplied and nicely decorated and that was just not the case with this home. "
