First, I paid for the travel insurance. I later found that my wife couldn’t get off work on Monday, so I needed to cancel the last day of our trip. I contacted Expedia and you all said you couldn’t help me and I needed to talk the manager at the hotel. When I spoke with them, they said I needed to talk to the 3rd party who I booked through. So…no help from either one of you even though I bought the insurance. Thanks for nothing When we arrived, we were given a room on the second floor. I am handicapped (they had no way of knowing that). When we got our room keys, the man at the front desk said, “I’m sorry but the lift is broken”. So, I had to drag our luggage upstairs with no help from the hotel. The next morning, the toilet got clogged. I called the front desk and the lady said she was sorry and would I like a plunger? I said yes please, and she said come down to the office and get it. I said don’t you have anybody to bring it, she said not until 10am. There were 3 of us and it was 7:30. I went down for the plunger so everyone else could use the toilet. She gave it to me and had the nerve to say, Bring it back when you’re done in case someone else needs it.” The room was tiny. Every time we went to the car, you could smell weed and this is a no smoking hotel. And they didn’t even serve coffee!! We will never stay at this hotel, AND we will never use Expedia again. You sell a product that is inferior and you don’t stand behind. I have many choices as to where to spend my mon

Great budget stay. clean room, good water pressure, no smoke smell. didn't use the kitchenette, but it was well stocked and maintained. Wall a little thin so could hear the neighbors some, but that's par for the course in a hotel or apartment situation. for the price a great value.

I asked for a non smoking room in my booking, and I got a room that smelt of tobacco every time you walked in and even buying fragrance to spray the room with did not help. Staff said I could move to another room but I was afraid if I did that and caused more trouble that I wouldn't get my refund. The bed itself was also very uncomfortable to sleep in every single night.

This place is not great I stayed for a while until my apartment was ready and as time went in the customer base got sketchier and sketchier. There were cigarette butts all over the place. Literally no amenities. At first coffee was free but then they started charging. Inside was absolutely horrible. The stove top was the weirdest I have ever seen. There were cigarette holes in sheets and blankets. And the price was definitely way over price for the hotel check the ratings.. 6.6! I give it a4 out of 10. Do not stay here. They definitely need to lower their prices and improve inside bedding and stove. See attached pictures

The hotel is very rundown needs a lot of repairs. The area smells like urine and they charge $100 deposit to stay there. The room is not worth $100. They changed the name of the hotel online so you think you’re getting one thing but you’re getting another

The property its self looks good inside and out. But the staff has an attitude because you book with Expedia instead of with them. When I was checking in the motel person was trying to charge me again for the room cause I booked through a third party. Also the clientele that is staying there is much to be desired. The light in the main room didn’t work and when I asked the motel staff to switch me to a new room they said they would have to up charge me cause the bed would be bigger. Every night I would move the dresser in front of the door to block it just in case someone tried to break in. And when I asked Expedia to switch me to a different motel they refused. They said they would issue a refund but it would take a week for it to hit which didn’t help me that night. Overall an absolute nightmare of a stay. Doubt I will ever use Expedia ever again.
