Some rooms reek of dog urine while others make enough noise to keep everyone up for days some don't respect others work schedules seem a few roaches in the rooms purchased raid to spray my room while there, other than that Ms.T is the bomb very sweet soft spoken very professional and very understanding wish other hotels in the area had staff like her she has a few other staff members that are good as well

Great staff, worn down hotel

The staff was seriously some of the kindest, friendliest and most helpful people we’ve met in our travels. The condition of the overall hotel though was VERY aged. The room smelled of cigarettes but was very clean otherwise.

People live there so it's weird with them smoking outside the front entrance. They took our licences which tell me there is some shadiness sometimes there. Old and needs to be updated.

Entry door cracked and unsafe.

I rented 2 rooms. The door was spilt in one room so you had to lift up hard to get it to close. It looked as though someone had tried to force the door open. There was a large gap in the door to the second room so all noise level was terrible. Both doors were unsafe. It was the worse hotel stay I have ever experienced.

staff was good. property was in bad condition. room was dirty, bedding was dirty. bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy. property had a lot of drug addicts and homeless people seemingly treating the place as an apartment complex. shower filled with water when in use. floor was sticky. air in the room felt damp and heavy. loud guests at all hours of the night and morning.

Expedia had not faxed the Reservation so check in was a nightmare. Fortunately, they were able to find us a room. The room had not been clean and the bathtub was dirty. I had to clean it before I showered. There was only one clean towel When I went down to get another towel, no one was there. No breakfast.

This place was absolutely disgusting. We booked last minute because it was cheap and the pictures looked good. We have 5 month old twins that were upset and extremely exhausted. The staff took forever and were completely unprofessional. When we walked into the room there was black stuff all in the bath tub. The lamp shade had burn marks all over it. The walls were yellow and there was stuff all over the walls and dressers it was DISGUSTING. No place for infants. When we told them about it they didn’t offer a refund, to clean the room or give us a different room.

I did not even stay at the hotel because it was a terrible experience. When I got there nobody was at the front desk. I had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes to get checked in. Then when I got to my floor there was people laying in the hallway that I had to step over to get to my room (3 people were laying in the hallway). Then when I got in the room and pulled back the comforter there were 3 large stains on the sheets (looked like blood). I took pictures of the soiled bed sheets. Then when I went back down stairs the front desk clerk was gone. The lights were off, the door was locked and the gate was down in the office. I had to use the phone in the hallway to call a hotline to make my complaint and get the front desk clerk to come back down stairs. It took him about another 10 to 15 minutes to come back down. I checked out immediately and want a refund. Please refund me because the conditions were terrible and I did not stay the night. I was in and out of the room in less then five minutes. It was an overall terrible experience so I would like to get reimbursed.

Worst management ever seen

This was the worst experience of life checking into a hotel. To begin with they told me Hotels.com shorted them by $10.39 and I had to pay this. Then they decided that I had two service dogs. That I owed $10 for the second dog. I asked to see the policy in writing. I asked is it on the paper work or on their website. The answer back to was they weren't going to show me that. The name tag said Max. I asked to talk to the manager on duty and he said there was no manager. I found our later he was the manager on duty. He got on the phone and asked loudly. How do I get this guy out of my face? The person on the phone said to the person talking to them. Tell him Hotels.com shorted us $10.39 and he owes it. At least that is what was relayed to me. Max then slammed a metal gate on his credit card machine and closed it. I then left. The way Max talked to me. How does he have a job. The girl working did all the work. He shouldn't have a job.
