It's a very nice property, but has significant problems with functionality. They offer you a glass of champagne or wine when you check in, but failed to put bodywash and shampoo in the dispensers. There is a single hook in the bathroom and very little area to set personal items. AC was loud. Bed very comfortable, TV offers a Streaming option. Trash can had bins for trash, recycling, and COMPOST. Seriously? Make sure the soaps are filled before worrying about compost. Good value for downtown Charlotte. Would stay here again.
