They let us check out 30 minutes late which was appreciated.
Staff were courteous and warm. Your description stated breakfast included, however, we were advised that was not true. VERY limited Bistro availability, with no evening hours on Sunday forced us to make other arrangements. Hotel is an older building, elevator didn’t always work smoothly. It was close to all events we were in town for.
This was a very nice property. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was Central to everywhere we needed to be. The staff here was exceptionally accommodating. The breakfasts in the morning and the evening menu with a bar were perfect. The whole area was fantastic and we will be back.
We chose this site as it was close to a family member nearby, and was reasonably priced. The staff was very accommodating as we had a family emergency in the middle of our stay and we had to alter our reservations a bit. The desk staff was very helpful with our situation.
Easy part first, nothing not to like about this property. The whole property was spotless. Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Plaza across the street (within walking distance) had quite a bit of options for dining and shopping. Would definitely recommend.
