「This is not a four-star hotel. It is run-down and dirty. The first room we were given, on the third floor, was covered with old, stained carpet, the room smelled like smoke, marks were on the wall, it had no towels and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. 「成田駅から近いのでとても便利でした。周囲に飲食店やコンビニもあります。ホテルロビー1階でパンやコーヒーも手頃な値段で買えるので良いと思います。」

「スポーツ大会参加のため宿泊しました。館内、お部屋ともにキレイで朝食もおいしくいただきました。全館禁煙ではあるのですが、以前は喫煙フロアだったのか廊下と部屋はタバコ臭かったです。業界用語的な略語の利用が少し気にはなりましたが、チェックアウト時間延長などスタッフには丁寧に対応いただきました。」
