"The staff was very helpful and professional. The rooms were kept clean. Not much to do in the immediate area. The transportation to and from the trains were always on time and reliable. I didn’t have the breakfast bar included as part of my reservations. Hindsight, it was the best decision as the breakfast/dinner bar menu’s were the same everyday except on Saturday or Sunday. To add breakfast/dinner the cost few dollars/yen more. I’d say less than 10. Check out the Lounge and Lawson’s for meals snacks. The Lounge provides a calmer atmosphere. This property and its staff were awesome! "

"The hotel was lovely. Amenities were great, including 24hr convenience store, on site, multiple resturants and an onsite coffee shop. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic. I was expecting typical hotel breakfast selections, but this was way above that. Fast and efficient shuttles to the airport. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Staff was sufficiently fluent in English to be able to answer questions and help direct us. 10/10. Would stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel with a fantastic stay overall. The property itself is stunning and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality options. We especially enjoyed the onsen — it was clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the railway station, making it easy to get around. Highly recommend and would happily stay here again!"
