"The hotel was lovely. Amenities were great, including 24hr convenience store, on site, multiple resturants and an onsite coffee shop. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic. I was expecting typical hotel breakfast selections, but this was way above that. Fast and efficient shuttles to the airport. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Staff was sufficiently fluent in English to be able to answer questions and help direct us. 10/10. Would stay here again."

"Everything is excellent except the location, it's good to the surrounding attractions but not good enough to and from the Narita airport, need to take a long walk to the station that link to the airport. However, the staffs offered excellent services with extremely good manner and the food variety of the breakfast was more than enough. Overall, we still love this hotel and it was highly recommended."
