"This hotel is super convenient and accessible to The Bund, Nanjing walking street and the train station. The room is clean and bed is comfortable but not for the extra bed. The extra bed is very hard. The hotel buffet is expensive. I would suggest to go out for meals instead. "

Our proactive house keeper Ms.Fu’s attention to Detail was next to none. Our room was always immaculate. With keen observation, she even thoughtfully adjusted the shower holder to a very appropriate height. We also had a very pleasant check-out experience with front desk staff Isabella. Her smile was contagious. She warmly greeted us, was efficient and we look forward to coming back to stay next time. Last but not least, Olivia at the Concierge desk was exceptional!!!
